Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing DonutSMP services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all posted server, community, and store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Definitions

“Server” means DonutSMP and its related services. “User” means anyone accessing those services. “Virtual Items” means ranks, shards, cosmetics, permissions, balances, and other digital benefits. “RMT” means real-money trading outside official channels.

3. Prohibited conduct

3.1 Unfair modifications and automation

Do not use hacked clients or unfair modifications, including movement or inventory advantages, health indicators, radar, ESP, freecam, auto/easy place, macros, scripts, autoclickers, mouse tweaks, scrollers, or similar tools that create an unfair advantage.

3.2 Bugs, glitches, and duplication

Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or duplication methods. Report security and gameplay issues to staff instead of abusing or sharing them.

3.3 Real-money trading

Do not buy, sell, trade, or gamble DonutSMP items, currency, accounts, or services outside official channels. Cross-server trading and rewards tied to Discord boosts or invites may also be prohibited.

3.4 Accounts and identity

Do not impersonate staff. A maximum of five accounts may be used unless staff grants an exception. Do not discover, distribute, or use protected world seeds.

3.5 Voice and community conduct

Do not spam, harass, threaten, or deliberately disrupt others in voice or text channels.

4. Virtual property

Virtual Items are licensed digital benefits, not real-world property. They may be changed, balanced, suspended, or removed as needed for gameplay, security, moderation, or service operation.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, mutes, item removal, suspensions, bans, purchase revocation, or other action. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, history, evidence, and risk.

6. Third-party services

DonutSMP may rely on Minecraft, Discord, Tebex, payment providers, hosting providers, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued features, item values, or compatibility. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Trademark disclaimer

DonutSMP is not associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names and assets belong to their respective owners.
