Refund Policy

All products sold through the NinjiSMP Store are digital products intended for use on the NinjiSMP Minecraft server. This includes ranks, crate keys, bundles, in-game items, perks, and other digital content.

Digital Products

Digital products are generally delivered automatically to your NinjiSMP account after successful payment.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate delivery, you expressly agree that delivery may begin immediately after payment. You acknowledge that once delivery of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

For this reason, we generally cannot provide refunds simply because you changed your mind after the digital product has been delivered.

When We May Provide a Refund

Please contact us if:

• You paid for an item but did not receive it.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received a different product from the one you purchased.
• A technical problem prevents us from delivering or providing the purchased product.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, deliver the missing product, correct the problem, or issue a refund.

Incorrect Purchases

Please check your order carefully before completing payment. We are generally unable to refund digital products that have already been delivered because the wrong product was selected or the purchase was made by mistake.

Bans and Suspensions

Purchasing a product from the NinjiSMP Store does not exempt a player from the NinjiSMP rules.

If your account is suspended or banned for violating our server rules, you are not automatically entitled to a refund for previously purchased digital products.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically determine whether you are entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction, delivery, and account information to our payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
